Refund and Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations received by September 1st will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
* Cancellations received between September 1st and 10th will receive a partial refund (ticket fee minus $55 catering fee and any credit card and processing fees).
* Transfers to another attendee are allowed up to September 17th at no additional cost. Please note that the original attendee’s meal selections transfer with the ticket and cannot be changed.
* No refunds will be issued after September 10th.
Note: Reimbursement for any transfer is solely the responsibility of the individuals involved. AAM assumes no responsibility for such transactions.
